Privacy Notice (GDPR)

This notice informs website visitors and business contact persons about the processing of their personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

2. Contact and proposal requests
The proposal form on the website opens your own email client with a pre-filled message; the data reaches us by email at your initiative. Processed data: name, company, email address, phone number, website, the business requirements you provide and the content of your message.
- Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: if no contract is concluded, up to 2 years from the closure of the inquiry; in case of a contract, the duration of the contract plus statutory retention periods.
3. Technical data and cookies
The website stores your language preference and the acknowledgement of the cookie banner in your browser's local storage (localStorage). To display the appropriate language automatically, we perform IP-based country detection; the IP address is not stored. Details in the Cookie Notice.
4. Data processors and transfers
Contracted service providers (in particular our website hosting provider and email service provider) may access the data to the extent necessary for performance. Data is primarily processed within the European Economic Area; where data is transferred to a third country, the safeguards required by the GDPR (e.g. an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses) are applied.

To protect the data we apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the level of risk (restricted access, encrypted transmission). We may amend this notice if our operations or the legal environment change; the current version is always available on this page.
